繁华大都市，安西玛丽亚（仲里依纱 饰）和小野寺达野（沟端淳平 饰）组成家庭，但是无子的婚后生活被巨大的落寞隔阂之感笼罩。不久达也失踪，失落的玛丽亚为排遣心中苦闷，启程前往童年时代便向往的心形小岛散心。与此同时，人到中年的鹤田龟子（余贵美子 饰）是一名助产护士，此前一名无力支付引产手术费的俱乐部女郎用彩票抵债，却让她中了大奖，值此机缘龟子也辞职来到了玛丽亚所前往的小岛。本是来享受后半生的龟子，却在长老长井朗（伊东四朗 饰）的极力劝说下开起了助产医院，而刚好有过美容师经历的玛丽亚也依托医院开起了沙龙。两个女人的全新人生，在冲绳开启…… 本片根据小川糸的原作改编。。Will & Grace are best friends. Will is a gay lawyer and Grace is a straight interior designer. They both live in New York. Grace is engaged to a real jerk, but when that relationship falls apart, she moves in with Will. This is only supposed to be until Grace finds a place of her own, but she and Will end up with each other as permanent roommates.
