Set in 1979 during Argentina's military dictatorship, Benjamín Ávila's stylized, semi-autobiographical memoir follows the travails of a fifth-grader who is forced to live under an assumed identity in order to protect his resistance-fighter parents.。长生门弟子李笑星为了赢得《玄天诀》与死对头顾云辰比武，不料顾云辰善用暗器，李笑星为了阻止他放暗箭而强夺初吻。师尊下令两人只有成亲才能获得秘籍，因此两人为了得到秘籍结成道侣。成亲后人前甜蜜恩爱背后欢喜冤家，却逐渐互生情愫。。根据吴祖光先生话剧《风雪夜归人》改编。
