“九一八”后，青年诗人辛白华与朋友梁质夫从东北流亡到了上海，刚刚离婚的施夫人对辛白华很有好感，白华也深受施夫人吸引。白华的二楼住着少女阿凤和她的母亲，她们得到了白华和梁质夫的帮助，不久阿凤的母亲病逝，白华很同情她就把阿凤送到学校读书。梁质夫因受到朋友牵连被捕入狱，白华躲到了施夫人家，被施夫人带到青岛游玩。阿凤加入了歌舞班也来到青岛演出，她演出的《铁蹄下的歌女》仍没有使白华走出安逸生活。梁质夫出狱后北上参加抗战，不幸牺牲，白华听到好友牺牲的消息后毅然离开了温柔乡走上了抗战前线。。东小口，亚洲最大社区天通苑所在地，常住人口近百万。每年，这里都会产生大量的诉讼，而负责这些案件审理的，是东小口法庭仅有的六位法官：张传京、陆婧、黄莹、卢志成、程杰、杨帆。为了应对如山的案子，他们开设了夜间法庭、上门法庭等新的审理形式。影片记录了中国基层法官的真实生活。。A psychological drama taking place during a day and a night in the life of a young family living in a beautiful house by the sea in the village of Sandur in the Faroe Islands.
