伊犁河是亚洲中部蜿蜒在天山山脉中的一条内陆河，其流域是古代中国北方及中亚游牧部落的重要栖息地，乌孙、匈奴、柔然、突厥、回鹘、契丹、蒙古等游牧民族所建立的草原帝国的兴衰深刻地影响着中国、中亚乃至世界历史的进程。。《冰雪绽放》共五集，全篇以“从温哥华到索契”这个奥运周期为时间线索，以冰雪健儿备战2014年冬奥会为主题内容，同时兼顾国际视野与人文情怀，并着眼于“冰雪”与“运动”之间仿若“冰与火”的碰撞与交融。并从“人”的角度出发，探讨冰雪运动发展的社会基础及其在社会生活中的价值和意义。。Everyone has an opinion on bad cars... now it's time to hear the ones that really count--ours...
