由一代武打巨匠刘家良师傅执导又一功夫之作《螳螂》，当年有刘家辉、黄杏秀、李丽丽及姜大卫坐阵演出，为观众活现「螳螂拳法」！ 故事背景于清朝，清官之子韦风（姜大卫饰）为了到田家找出叛变之实据，遇上了田家孙女芝芝（黄杏秀饰），芝芝最後为掩护韦风，惨死于田老拳下；韦风死里逃生，为报仇创出螳螂拳法……。Former Green Beret Louis Stevens returns to his hometown of Miami after completing military service in Brazil, only to learn that his old high school has become a haven for gangs and drug dealers. After Stevens uses his capoeira skills to kick several drug dealers off of the school property, Kerrigan, one of Stevens' old teachers, sees the impact that Stevens has on the student...。节目以乐华娱乐男艺人参与“芒果野生特训”为主线，十位艺人展开合宿生活与舞台竞演。观众作为“甲方”参与制作流程，可审批艺人妆发方案、决定舞台机位及资源分配，并参与剪辑、宣发等环节。。
