民国初年，一颗陨石滑落长空，落入秦岭之地，意外引出神秘古墓，传闻古墓中藏有价值连城的珍宝。彼时军阀割据，为了获得秘藏以充军费，汤司令迅速派人封锁了现场。那时民间有卖国求荣之辈，也有愿为国家奔走努力之人。崔显灵的徒弟马九川便是其中之一。汤司令的副手秦天带人强闯崔显灵家中逼迫崔显灵的徒弟马九川带路探墓。当马九川等人来到秦岭天坑附近时，另一队人马同时抵达——日本人江口拓带领的日军。为了墓中宝藏，众人纷纷心怀鬼胎。经历了墓中的重重神奇异象和致命危险，众人终于见到了心心念念的宝藏，军阀和日本人的丑恶在这一刻展露无遗……。楚渊与段白月一个在朝堂一个在西南，所有人都以为他们是相互对立的关系，却没想到他们之间却并不是如此。为这大好河山，楚渊要做一个好皇帝，段白月便成为他最大的助力。。SYNOPSIS Urgently called, the police inspector has arrived in a hotel, and didn't find any crime, but noticed some strangenesses occurring there. (Strugatsky Brothers website) NOTES This is a crime / mystery thriller with surreal and psychedelic science fiction overtones based on a book Inspector Glebsky's Puzzle by the Strugatsky brothers. The screenplay was also written by the brothers and it differs from the book. The less you know about the movie the better starting point you have. The film is based largely on the mystery of what's happening to the people of Dead Mountaineer's Hotel. Is everything what it seems? Who's dead or who's not?。
