Nerd, Swagger, Bitch, Rocker and Loser go clubbing ...。《Stage K》是来自世界各地的挑战者组队进行Kpop舞蹈比赛的节目，被称为“挑战者”的各地Kpop粉丝，为了与梦想中的“Dream star”一起站上舞台，重现“Dream star”的表演展开激烈舞蹈对决。虽然每期都有不同的“Dream star”，但是“K-Leaders”不会改变而是持续出演，像前辈一样帮助挑战者。。
