The film is narrated by an unborn child, and ancestors already dead also seem to be as present as the living.。苏桃在离婚后经历了深刻的内心挣扎，但她没有放弃自己。她通过健身、学习新技能、改变穿搭等方式，逐渐找回了自信和美丽。陆寒川则开始关注苏桃的变化，他发现苏桃变得越来越有魅力，心中不禁产生了愧疚和遗憾。在一次偶然的机会下，苏桃和陆寒川再次相遇。。
