小老鼠伟福与家人自从上次移民美国，遭遇连串惊险有趣经历，总算吉鼠天相平安无恙。两年后伟福的姐姐16岁了，出落得漂亮可人，梦想当一名著名女歌手，而伟福则盼望往西部冒险，成为强悍的执法英雄。城内有一批胡作非为的猫K党，首领乌鸦猫策划「制造老鼠汉堡饱」阴谋，把众多老鼠诱至西部当大餐，而伟福也跌入圈套踏上西部之旅。途中伟福发现乌鸦猫诡计，被爪牙追杀，伟福失足跌下车流落茫茫沙漠中，另方面伟福的好友泰加与女友分手后也阴错阳差流浪至沙漠，两人相遇后到西部找威利警长商量拯救群鼠对策，警长决定将伟福与泰加训练成肥瘦双雄，像无法无天的猫K党挑战。。风尘路上，一群牛仔策马追赶着一辆马车。电影放映员费斯特携带着一部手摇放映机给美国西部一个偏远小镇送去了电影。电影院的潜移默化能够在这混混沌沌的野蛮与愚昧的洪荒小镇带来文明吗？电影的悲欢里险象迭现，妙趣横生。。At the beginning of the season Sylvia becomes pregnant with Andy's child. A baby boy, Theo, is born towards the end of the season. This is contrasted with the fate that awaits Sipowicz's older son, Andy Jr., who announces that he is to join the police force.
