小哈奇是蜜蜂王国的王子。由于遭到一群凶恶胡蜂的攻击，哈奇和母亲失散了。落单的他独自踏上了寻找母亲的旅程。 哈奇向昆虫们打听有没有在附近见到蜜蜂群，一路问一路走的哈奇迷了路，来到了人类的市镇塞比亚。塞比亚生活着许多昆虫，然而由于环境遭到人类破坏、再加上螳螂镰吉总来抢夺食物，大家都垂头丧气的。勇敢的哈奇站出来向镰吉发起挑战，毛虫小弯仗义相助，他们成了好朋友。接着，哈奇又认识了小弯的恋人绕绕、蚂蚁艾利康、屎壳郎波巧、知了小鸣、瓢虫比客等。。A rash of bizarre murders in New York City seems to point to a group of grotesquely deformed vagrants living in the sewers. A courageous policeman, a photo journalist and his girlfriend, and a nutty bum, who seems to know a lot about the creatures, band together to try and determine what the creatures are and how to stop them.。
