Asking help from a doctor ...。高级督察方承国（高雄）认识郭海华（莫家尧）、钟健（张家辉）及苏国利（龙炳基）三个感情甚笃之年青小伙子，方深感他们极具潜质，力劝加入自己精英队，接受严格训练。国利因资质限制，只能当军装警察，健因升职失败，而转投奸人组，藉恶行扶摇直上，华则成为警察精英队之头号黑马，与健渐生冲突，奈何二人又同时钟情于雪姬（袁洁仪）。其后，健更泥足深陷，走至罪恶之路，并杀死国利及雪姬，华伤心之余放弃一切友情，誓将健绳之于法，遂引起一场触目惊心的大争斗。。
