In part 2 while the diplomats wra...。根据安波的同名话剧改编。朝阳屯是诺敏河边的一个小村子。在实行农业合作化的运动中，屯长崔成是个热心的人，但性格急躁，采取强迫命令的办法，要求单干户加入农业合作社，由于屯内条件不成熟，工作中出现了混乱与不良的现象，引起了部分社员的不满。崔成的亲戚孙守山第一个要求退出合作社。崔成对他采取了粗暴和打击的态度，并以串地威胁孙守山。党支书高振林纠正了崔成的错误做法，同意孙守山退社。合作社在高振林的正确领导下，扭转了过去的混乱现象，渐渐兴旺起来。秋天到了，合作社的小麦一片丰收。这时，单干的孙守山遇到了困难，合作社帮助他解决了问题。孙守山真正看到了合作社的好处，他又回到了合作社。。
