马媛重病住院，马梁为逗她开心画金条，仙笔竟融入铅笔。柳如烟索要分手费，走时将画稿扔出窗外，画上金条变真引路人哄抢。柳如烟走后，医生催马梁交三十万手术费。正当他发愁，牛铁柱拉着他离开，原来苏婉儿悬赏百万，召画师为走丢的爱犬画像。。有腳疾的阿忠（喜翔飾）執意開車去屏東，彥博（鄭有傑飾）無奈之下只好載阿忠前往，父子倆一路沉默不語，關係疏離而遙遠。途中車子突然故障，兩人因此再次回到媽媽的故鄉—苑裡小鎮。媽媽過世後父子倆鮮少回來，對小鎮的變化和很久不見的親戚， 兩人都非常陌生。眾人言談間，當年的事又再次被提起……。。Detective Sam Dietz (Leo Rossi) yet again must find and stop another serial killer who kills a number of women in ritualistic executions.
