1976年5月31日，香港TVB导演招振强拍摄了一部20集的电视剧《心有千千结》，改编自琼瑶同名小说，石修化身浪子，李琳琳穿上制服饰演护士，是他们重要力作之一。另外从这部戏开始TVB播出的电视剧从每集的30分钟改为了40分钟。。本片乃是编导对一起发生在70年代早期乌拉圭的真实事件的个人诠释。一个美国AID官员（他们通常的任务是作为先遣部队前往目标国家训练当地警察人员如何镇压暴乱）遭当地游击队绑架并谋杀。经过调查发现，他原来是美国政府干涉当地内政的特派人员，经游击队严刑逼供仍不吐实，于是加以杀害，在这条主线之外，影片也描写了左翼游击队和乌拉圭政府的对抗。。Near by Christmas, in an old and charming town in Transylvania, Sebastian and Aprilia start a beautiful love story.
