习武出身的大陆姑娘阿金只身来到中国香港，为了生活，她不得不做了电影替身演员。由于她身手不凡很快就成为武师。武术指导霹雳与儿子亚朗相依为命，阿金与霹雳在工作中配合默契。后来阿金与阿山相爱，从此离开片场，一起去了深圳，帮他打理卡拉OK生意。但风流成性的阿山丢下阿金一个人在深圳只身回到中国香港又搭上另外的女人。阿金回到中国香港，重新做起武师。但由于她长期没有练功，功夫已大不如前，幸亏霹雳的帮助才找回自己的位置。但好景不长，霹雳在一次调停武师之间的冲突时被黑帮杀死，黑帮为斩草除根要杀霹雳的儿子亚朗。为救亚朗，阿金与黑帮老大展开生死搏斗。。Sergeant Voight tries to find out who is behind the murder of Jin, and come up with the unbelievable discovery and learned that Sergeant Edwin Stillwell playing a double game with the intention of getting out on the surface of the big fish along with Voight.
