A group of young offenders are delivered to an island for a week of character building exercises after one of their fellow inmates commits suicide.. It all goes horribly wrong when they realise that there′s someone else on the island who has a pack of dogs and a crossbow with which to hunt them down.。故事从一场超市纵火案展开，24岁的嫌犯造成五死十二伤的惨剧，这案件成为施⾏国民法官制度后，首个可能判处死刑的案例。 大火也烧出了六个家庭交织的命运，时有错过又彼此牵扯，他们背负着各自生命故事跨越了20年，复仇、背叛、伤害、坠落，并相互救赎，在随机杀人事故之后，命运会将这六个家庭带往何处？。女孩即将离开故乡到新的城市上学，为了融入冰冷的环境她曾做过尝试。好在她遇上了愿意帮助她的男孩，他在课堂上激辩殖民史与原住民的悲惨命运，对抗同僚间对“外来人”的冷暴力。电影以青少年充满共鸣的同理视点切入，讲述了青少年成长时期的迷惘和有关身份认同的故事。。
