2018年9月宣布新作动画制作决定，故事接续2015年版的OVA《一骑当千 Extravaganza Epoch》，标题为《一骑当千 Western Wolves》，2019年1月3日开始每月在AT-X放送，BD/DVD于2019年2月27日发售。。一个妈妈Sandra为了解决和自己丈夫的中年危机，决定和他的儿子打算突然去看他们在洛杉矶的丈夫/爸爸，给他一个惊喜。但是当车开到半路时，他们的车在在渺无人烟的地方发生了严重的车祸。先是因为玩智能手机，造成错误的操作，导致孩子被独自锁在当今非常先进自动化的防弹车子内。而Sandra必须与时间赛跑，从被沙漠的酷热包裹的汽车中救出自己的孩子，还要面对荒无人烟的沙漠，她必须同野狗和变化莫测沙漠斗争。最终母子2人的命运会是怎样呢？。World War I is coming to its end.
