A friendship is formed with another woman but things start to become twisted. Paranoia and delusions follow。影片讲述在向诚即将与现任女友小茹结婚之际，得知自己得了胃癌，几乎失落的他性情大变，没有向身边的人告知，也因此与女友吵架。后来与多年挚友天华吵架中告知真相，并在其协助下帮助向诚达成“临终前”的愿望：寻找已分手的前女友逐个表示愧疚之情。最后重病治愈，却招来前女友的集体探望。。
