作为《警察阿姨》的延续，故事也会按照上一部继续发展。讲述了重案组前组长因个人原因进行短暂休息，而重案组则迎来了一名新组长，焕然一新的重案小组进入了对全新案件的调查。。上班族樋口麻衣一直为了与刚开始交往的男友山下亮介不能敞开心扉交流而烦恼，而这时她因遭遇了意外事故脸上受了伤，开始就感到对人生的绝望。事故发生时一直暗恋她的矢野卓也帮助了他，并关心她的康复，麻衣觉得卓也是因为同情自己，无法接受他的感情。麻衣的同事亚纪和妹妹葵帮她想出了与卓也互相剖白心迹的小计划。。Secret Santa is a feature length film that tells the story of a group of eccentric college kids, struggling to get through the hectic exam period.
